Basic terminology for housing

Room type

  • Studio

One room that combines a bedroom, a living room, and a dining room.

  • 3 Bedrooms

In addition to 3 bedrooms, there is generally a living room and dining room. In this way, the size of a house is based on the number of bedrooms.

  • Maisonette type

When you enter the entrance, it feels like a mezzanine house, and the first floor is usually the living room, dining room, kitchen, and housework room. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the mezzanine floor.

  • Penthouse

The top floor of the apartment has a good view, and the floor plan is designed to be more spacious than the other rooms, giving it a luxurious feel. There is also a maisonette type penthouse.

  • Management Company/Office

We manage and operate each apartment independently. For example, it starts with renting, cleaning public areas, maintaining and repairing elevators, and scheduling events.

  • Security System

We are also active with developers who write about the introduction of state-of-the-art security systems such as intercom systems with monitors and intruder warning systems that check visitors through a monitor screen and intercom via a remote video at the reception desk of the apartment.
